We will go in depth with all of your personal wants and needs with infant care and your own postpartum healing while also addressing any and all questions and concerns.

Having a newborn baby will bring many questions! 

As your postpartum doula will be there to answer any and all questions and provide support for newborn care. Education includes: breastfeeding and guidance, maternal recovery measures after a vaginal or surgical birth, infant care for your baby (diapering, bathing, sleep and calming techniques), sibling schedule and care education and so much more!

While I am providing care, this time is for you to get some sleep, take a shower, rest, and relax.

*Postpartum shifts are 3-10 hours in length

*A minimum of 12 hours (at least 4 shifts) are required for me to work as your doula

*A 50% deposit is due at signing the contract. 

This allows me to mark your postpartum time in my calendar (with flexibility for the unpredictability of birth). All remaining payments will be made weekly after services begin.

Before you give birth, I strongly suggest a home visit. This visit allows me to become familiar with where you are located as well as your home (for example: looking for cleaning supplies, laundry essentials, baby care items, etc.) It is typically 1-1.5 hours long and will give me a better idea how I can assist during your postpartum period.
