We will go in depth with all of your personal wants and needs while also addressing any and all questions and concerns. This is a great time to get to know each other to make sure we are a great fit! 

The 1st of these meetings will be a birth education session where we discuss all of the ins and outs or pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum. It's a huge info dump but is vital information you need to understand the birth process.

Our 2nd meeting will be a comfort measures class. During this meeting we will explore different coping mechanisms, my birth bag, and different labor and birth positions.

The 3rd meeting is a crash course to newborns! Learn all the things about bringing baby home.

Each visit we will discuss your wants and desires for your birth experience and birth space. Your birth plan will be finished and ready to present to your provider by 36 weeks.

Every week on Wednesday you will receive a pregnancy affirmation text from me. These text allow us the opportunity to chat if there is anything you need to discuss. We will also go over how you're feeling, after-birth plans, and much more. As your doula, I want to make sure you are on track after every doctor's visit and that I stay up to date with what's going with your pregnancy.

Via texts, emails, calls. I am available for you when you need me, even at 3 am.
