Having a newborn baby will bring many questions! 

Your postpartum doula will be there to answer any and all questions and provide support for newborn care. Education includes: breastfeeding and guidance, maternal recovery measures after a vaginal or surgical birth, infant care for your baby (diapering, bathing, sleep and calming techniques), sibling schedule and care education and so much more!

While we are providing care, this time is for you to get some sleep, take a shower, rest, and relax.

Before your bundle of joy is delivered you will receive a care package from your doula that includes: Soothing Postpartum Spray, Herbal Healing Nipple Butter, and a Healthy Lactation mix on us.

After baby is here, you will receive a batch of Healthy Lactation Treats of your choosing and another special surprise. 😉

*Postpartum shifts are 3-10 hours in length

*A minimum of 12 hours (at least 4 shifts) are required for us to work as your doula.

*A 50% retainer is due at signing the contract. 

This allows us to mark your postpartum time in our calendar (with flexibility for the unpredictability of birth). All remaining payments will be made weekly after services begin.

*You can choose from one of the following package examples or we can create a schedule specific to your needs.

Before you give birth, I strongly suggest a home visit. This visit allows your doula to become familiar with where you are located as well as your home (for example: looking for cleaning supplies, laundry essentials, baby care items, etc.) It is typically 1-1.5 hours long and will give your doula a better idea how they can assist during your postpartum period.
